Habakkuk 2:3 says: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at

the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it;

because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

This is the story of “September to Remember.” Rev. Dr. Patrick E Quainoo about 2 decades ago received divine mandate from God in the U.S.A to gather his people for a

month long prayer and fasting with the expectation that when everything is over, people will have tangible testimonies to the Glory of God. The Lord further expanded

the idea of the 9th month, bearing in mind that women conceive and carry pregnancy for that period. If therefore the pregnant woman expects delivery in the ninth month,

then every child of God must give birth to a miracle, (an answer to prayer in the ninth month.) In other words, this month is seen as a prophetic month according to the revelation the Lord gave him.

The vision became progressive and held its first of such gathering at Christian Faith Ministries Church in Philadelphia, and had Bishop Nicholas

and Francisca Duncan Williams as the first speakers. This yearly conference has been held in Accra Ghana, and has featured key note preachers like Bishop James K. Saah,

Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah, Rev. Clive Mould, Rev. Ebenezer Markwei, Ms. Joyce Aryee and many others.

Each year, September to Remember births many outstanding testimonies to the Glory of God.

However, the Man of God feels a greater burden for God’s people who go to church everyday but really have no tangible evidence to show.

He also sees that because people lack knowledge, they have been dragged back in their spiritual life, and that affected their socio-economic life-style. Unproductivity is seen in

many circles of life. Resolutions are made at the beginning of each year but not followed with practicality. Therefore, the Conference seeks to address not only the

spiritual needs of people but also their Health (how to eat right), Marriage (choosing a partner and making marriages work), Financial empowerment, Civic responsibilities,

how to establish and manage one’s own business, informing the youth about the ICT world, etc. Institutions, Organizations and Personalities have been invited to share and

impact knowledge to the benefit of the participants; ie: Legacy & Legacy, Ghana Education Service, Food and Drug Board, KOSMOS Energy, Chieftaincy & Culture, and several others in the Business world and private sector.

Dr. Quainoo himself is a Reverting Preacher and Teacher of the word, world-traveled businessman, a Life Member of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International, a

Former Member of the Philadelphia Police Clergy, a former Member of the Board of Eastern Pennsylvania Prison Fellowship, amongst others. He has preached on several

church platforms in South Korea, U.S.A, U.K, France and Ghana.  He is the Prelate and General Overseer of Christian Faith Ministries (CFM), and International Christian Faith

Ministries (ICFM). He has a deep passion to seeing God’s people succeeding in life and believes “September to Remember” will bring a lifting for all not just spiritually but

physically. He wants to see eradication of poverty and ignorance amongst well-meaning people as they receive knowledge and understanding to the times we live in. Few years

ago, with such burden on his heart, Dr. Quainoo led a team of 40 Medical personnel consisting of Doctors and Registered Nurses (RN’s) from the U.S.A with Medical supplies

estimated millions of cedis to Ghana, West Africa and offered free Health Care Services to over 4000 people in the Greater Accra and Cape Coast in the Central Region’s

respectively. After many years of state negotiations, Pastor Patrick (as affectionately called) led a fifteen-member delegation from the office of the Mayor, Philadelphia and

the City Council of Philadelphia in August 2000 to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Cape Coast and Philadelphia for cultural, education, commerce,

Tourism and trade.
